Another happy customer
I received my replacement ignition lock in just a couple of days, along with a door key that was cut based on the photos I sent of the original. It took less than 15 minutes to change out the lock and the new one worked perfectly with the original key. My customer experience was also great. I highly recommend this company.

Five star customer service
I cannot attest to the long term quality of the replacement part, as I have only had it for a few days now. But I can say that installation was easy and the part fits and works as it should. As far as customer service, my experience was great. I chose to order the part here because they will assemble it to match your key for free. I placed my order and emailed a photo of my key so that they would assemble the part. Within a few hours of placing my order, it was shipped. The part shipped quickly and came with a free pen and copy of my key. It took me probably 10 minutes to replace the old part with the new one.

Perfect replacement for my OEM one that siezed in the ignition. And keyed to fit!
This was a great order--ignition cylinder siezed and Ford wanted over $300 to fix it. ($180 just for the new cylinder and matching key). Fradon matched it to my keys using just a photo and I had it in hand with free shipping in under a week. Local locksmith installed it in about 20 minutes for $75. I couldn't be happier

Fradon Lock Rocks
I talked to Ed and he assisted me in purchasing the 707592. I assembled the lock using the video and it works fine. I highly recommend this website for your lock needs.

'01 Focus Ignition- Avoided the Tow Truck
My wife called from the parking lot at work. Her Focus ignition key would not slide in all the way. I made the 18 mile drive with my focus key hoping I could get one of the keys to insert. After half an hour of gentle persuasion it finally slipped in. No special technique except the mentioned non-violent approach... Stumbled upon the safeandlockstore.com link on a review I was reading from a different vendor. Sure glad I did. Pretty sure the first vendor would send out the kit in pieces... Lock and safe store assembles it for you with nothing more than a good photo of your key! Best price. Fast shipping. Super friendly. Just great!!

The simplest and cheapest solution for ignition problem
Fast, cheap, easy and very professional. Drill out your ignition cylinder, send them a picture of you key or send the key by mail if is extremely worn (that was my case). In my case they had to removed the transponder from my original key to a new cut key. Once you got the new ignition cylinder just put it back in the place, turn the key and voila...your car is working again. Thanks Safe and Lock Store.

So much better than the Ford OEM from these years
I had a full failure of the ignition lock for my 2002 Focus. Safe and Lock Store came up in a Google search but I was very impressed with what I saw. They had the part in stock, keyed it to the photo I sent and had it shipped within the day. Unfortunately for me, my scenario was the worst case. My lock had already failed. To replace the lock, you must get the key into the ACC position to allow the retaining pin clearance. When the lock has failed, nothing will allow the key to turn. I had to completely drill out the lock cylinder, leaving only the housing sleeve. Once that was out, the new lock set slid right in and started on the first turn. If you even THINK your Focus lock is getting dodgy, get this replacement part and swap it out. Save yourself 30 straight minutes of high speed drilling.
