This product they sell must be from china I TRIED ALL THE PINS THAT GO IN THE LOCK AND OVER 1/2 OF THEM DO NOT STAY DOWN SO THE LOCK WILL NOT TURN . i HAD TO PUT MY OLD PINS BACK IN THE LOCK AND IT TURNED FINE . AND I AM USING A BRAND NEW ORIGINAL 2ND KEY NOT A OLD KEY AT ALL . I CALLED THEM ON SAT AND EMAILED THEM TOLD ME THEY WOULD CALL ME AND NOBODY EVER CALLED . THEY ACT LIKE SOME PEOPLE A STUPID SO THEY DON'T CARE NOT GOOD . SO THANKS FOR THE CALL BACK NEVER AGAIN Reply from seller: We did try to assist via phone, we even offered to key it at no charge.
