These are new shelves that have been in our warehouse a while. They are not rusty, but not necessarily perfect either. Paint may be scratched, there may be a slight dent, fabric may be bruised if covered. In other words, slightly imperfect is more or less what they are. Perfectly functional, but without hardware unless specified.
