This part is commonly used on Leer and Ranch all glass doors. There are other applications as well that it may be used for. This handle was designed specifically for the truck cap and tonneau cover industry as a long lasting, low cost, secure design.  Heavy duty zinc die cast patented design incorporates features like a swing open key cylinder cover, and e-coat under black wrinkle powder coat paint for a long lasting durable finish with superior corrosion resistance. The stainless steel internal components are protected with O-rings and a labyrinth bushing-to-handle seal design for superior performance in harsh environments.
