Fashioned with a larger 9” trailing point CPM-MagnaCut steel blade with SelectEdge® tech, the Fishcrafter excels at cutting medium to large fish where that extra length makes a smooth cut for a clean fillet. Featuring a long, straighter edge for stability in the cut and upswept tip for aiding in deboning, the 9” Fishcrafter™ with its durable Santoprene® handle, has a finger guard with jimping to prevent slipping during push-cuts.
